Love me 'tender: Meet NYC's Hottest Bar Babe
Here's a tip, boys -- this bodacious barkeep is single. Rebecca Greenblat, 27, who works at the West Village's Town Tavern, has been tapped as the Big Apple's hottest bartender in the inaugural New York Bar and Pub Awards. "It's a complete surprise," gushed the busty bartender, who handed out her signature chocolate-covered banana shots in a cowboy hat and a low-cut tee. "I didn't even realize I was a contender." PRETTY POUR! Rebecca Greenblat is an alluring mix of smile and style.

Big Night Out - North East Corridor
Us Airways Magazine, August 2008
When New York's Town Tavern opened in Greenwich Village in 2004, it quickly established a reputation as one of the city's favorite watering holes for sports fans and young urban professionals, thanks to its unique 23-and over admission policy. It also quickly leapt onto the city's "Best Burger" lists. So what to do for and encore? The owners recently exported their concept to Pittsburgh's South Side by opening the Town Tavern Pittsburgh.
While the new establishment pays homage to its New York roots, in many ways it's far different from the original - and more than twice the size. Spanning a whopping 11,000 square feet, it claims to be "Pittsburgh's first hybrid sports bar/night club." It mixes old and new, with a traditional tavern feel in the form of vaulted tin ceilings and a 100-foot-long mahogany, copper and brass bar with 22 beers on tap. High-definition plasma TVs, satellite sports feeds, theater-style surround sound and a digital jukebox offer up cutting-edge entertainment. Upstairs there's a dance club in a mezzanine with floor-to-ceiling windows built around a horseshoe-shaped bar. For corporate events and parties. The club also offers a private room modeled after Teddy Roosevelt's presidential library.
One thing the owners have kept simple is the All-American menu: While the tavern's chef hails from the Culinary Institute of America with stints at Lutes and Le Cirque, his focus will be on tasty buffalo wings and giant "PittsBurgers."
